Charles is a former Track
Official at Dunn Tire Raceway Park and Lake Erie Raceway. His
brother Mike is a crew member with the Julicher Race
Team. In 2006, Charles joined Julicher Racing. He started his 1st full
season in the four cylinder class last year. Charles captured
the 2010 four cylinder Championship last year at DTRP and won
their 2010 US Open Racing Event.
